Guidelines for grant consideration
Nonprofit organizations are eligible to apply to the GiveNGo Fund for grants in support of their mission. Preference will be given to organizations serving their community in the following capacities: education, mentorships, experiential learning, the transfer of cultural knowledge of outdoor activities: fishing, hunting, fitness, etc., promotion of U.S. or National Guard military service, military veterans affairs, promotion of leadership and sportsmanship through competitive athletics.
Geographic Area of Interest
Preference shall be given to organizations in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. Commercial enterprises or private foundations may sponsor GiveNGo if the beneficiary is a qualifying 501(c)3 organization.
Application
Currently, a simple LOI (letter of interest) submitted to GiveNGo at their corporate headquarters is sufficient to apply. A formal application process is in development. GiveNGo officers and trustees designate grant distributions at their discretion on regular intervals.
Interested nonprofit organizations may submit their LOI by providing the following information:
- Legal name and EIN of your organization
- Geographic area served
- Full description of your mission and specific purpose for which the grant would be used
- Number of clients served and how a GiveNGo grant would affect clientele
- Requests are currently capped at $10,000 per grant.

- Preference shall be given to organizations in the following categories: education, faith, health, military service. Or organizations that foster youth activities such as: mentorships, education experiences, positive outcomes of competitive sports, military service, cultural activities knowledge transfer between generations: hunting, fishing, lifetime sports, and quality of life activities within our communities.
- GiveNGo reserves the right to deny sponsorship to organizations outside our preference guidelines.
Disclosures
- GiveNGo will not consider sponsorships that utilize telemarketing or vending sales.
- GiveNGo will not consider youth-oriented sponsorships that include the use of alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, or adult content.
- GiveNGo does not sell, nor distribute its subscription list to any third parties.
- GiveNGo gift payments will only be made directly to a qualifying 501(c)3 public charity.
Please note: The use of the GiveNGo Fundraising name, logo, or its licensed marks is strictly prohibited until a fully executed License Agreement is in place.
